| Guffin's Metalcraft is a family owned and operated company. John Guffin made his first "Who-Who" out of motorcycle spokes in his basement. Friend's who saw it, soon wanted their own. He moved from a basement, into a two-car garage. Who-Who's were still a hobbie at this point. He'd make them for friends and family in the evenings after work. Years later, he moved from that little garage, into a 40'x 40' shop; and started Guffin's Metalcraft. John branched out into making tables, railing for houses, racks for four-wheelers, park benches, and anything else that was thrown his way. John not only builds each project by hand, but paints and installs it (usually) by himself. His son Andy helps him with installations and webdesign. Wife, Marilyn, does the books, advertising, and general business promotion. As you can see we have grown from a man tinkering in his basement, into a small family business with large asperations. We hope to grow even larger with the addition of web capabilities, and new products coming soon.
